Dear Members,
A quick update from me. The Asterisk and Matchplay competitions will conclude next weekend. The results in all categories are very close and the results on Saturday Falnuée could decide the outcomes for the three categories. See the current state of play here: https://eu-golfclub.eu/results-statistics (click on Asterisk 2026 button).
Also to conclude is the final of the EUGC Matchplay competition. Good luck to Marie and Arthur who will play the final on Sunday.
A lovely weekend to Damme and Oostburg just took place. Congratulations to Deborah who had a hole-in-one on the third hole of Oostburg. A fantastic achievement that was celebrated on the 19th.
Our Nations Cup on October 4th is taking shape, and we have teams registered from Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Spain and hopefully Finland and Italy with others organising. If you would like to play please get in touch. Registration is in i-golf as per usual.
Golf fans might interested to know that the Solheim Cup is being played this weekend close to Brussels at the Bernardus course in the Netherlands. Go Team Europe!
Kind regards,
Dominic
